For our online psychometric tests, we will adhere to the following steps when fulfilling our obligation to you. - We will contact you by phone within 24 hours of receiving your test order and payment.
- We will give a minimum 15 minute pre-test consultation.
- We will email you your test results in pdf format within 48 hours of you completing your test.
- We will have a 45 minute phone debrief and interpretation of your results within 48 hours of your results being sent to you.
- If you are busy and can't manage a phone debrief within this time, another mutually agreeable time will be arranged.
Why would a test not go ahead? If we think you would not benefit from taking a psychometric test, we will give our reasons and your money will be refunded in full. Some possible reasons could be: - If an individual is feeling overly pressured by another to take a test. No meaningful results can be obtained under these conditions.
- If an individual has a life-crisis or illness between payment and taking a test. Results will not be accurate under these conditions.
- If a person is over the age of 65 with limited career options.
